Key Responsibilities
  • Perform reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on HVAC/AC systems within luxury residential properties.
  • Replace and install HVAC components as needed.
  • Work independently and as part of an on-site engineering team.
  • Maintain high standards of service and professionalism at all times.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong hands-on experience in HVAC, ideally within residential environments.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site.
  • A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to work.
  • City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent is essential.

While prior experience is preferred, our client is open to speaking with ambitious individuals or recent graduates who demonstrate the right attitude and a desire to grow in the role.
