The role

We are looking for a highly motivated, engaging and professional Food & Beverage Manager to lead the team in the day to day running of the Restaurant, Events & Bar operation. As Food & Beverage Manager you will be an experienced manager with excellent food and beverage knowledge and be able to use this knowledge to train and develop the team. You will also take accountability for controlling revenue and working to budget guidelines. A proven track record gained from a high quality led hotel, restaurant or bar operation is essential together with a passion for service excellence with a drive and determination to take the business to another level is essential.
