Behaviour Mentor

Are you a Behaviour Mentor or Teaching Assistant with Primary School experience looking for a new challenge?

I am currently recruiting for primary schools in Reddish, Stockport, that are looking to appoint new:

• One-to-one Mentors
• SEMH Teaching Assistants
• Complex Needs Support Staff
• Youth Workers with behaviour experience

The positions are long-term with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate. These roles are full-time from September 2025 and may transition from temporary to permanent.

As a Behaviour Mentor, Teaching Assistant, or Youth Worker, you will work alongside the class teacher and other TAs to support students in daily school activities. You will often support children on a 1-2-1 basis or in small groups independently. Your role is to motivate, support, and engage students. Team Teach experience is desirable but not essential.
