Are you an experienced driver with a passion for providing top-tier service in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a skilled and dependable Recovery Driver to join our clients team. In this role, you'll be responsible for recovering vehicles across site grounds, assisting stranded passengers, and ensuring smooth operation of airport grounds. If you enjoy working in a dynamic setting and delivering exceptional customer service, this is the opportunity for you! Duties and responsibilities * To undertake Recovery and Transport on all applicable customer vehicles / Equipment in line with company and legal Health and Safety guidelines. * Respond to all breakdowns in the designated time when allocated. * Ensure all relevant electronic records are fully completed and accurate including any details and pictures that may assist the workshop. * Ensure company vehicles are used in line with company policies / legal requirements and are kept clean and tidy after use. * Ensure that all Recoveries are carried out in accordance with IVR training guidelines. * Undertake vehicle manoeuvring around the workshop or airport as and when required where trained to do so and in conjunction with appropriate licences held. * Report if you think the work or inadequate precautions are putting anyone’s health and safety at risk.
