About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced EPC Director - Solar & BESS to lead the delivery of utility-scale solar PV & BESS projects through the full EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end EPC function across utility-scale solar and BESS projects
- Oversee engineering design coordination, procurement strategy, and construction delivery
- Manage EPC tendering, negotiation, and contract performance
- Ensure technical compliance, HSE standards, and grid integration
- Build and manage an internal delivery team in line with project growth
- Serve as the EPC interface to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 10+ years in renewable energy project delivery, with utility-scale Solar PV or BESS experience essential
- Proven experience overseeing full EPC scopes and complex project portfolios
- Experience with BESS integration
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills
