What You’ll Do
- From Day 1, you’ll dive into delivery, 270, or a 360 recruitment role, contributing to exciting tech recruitment projects:
- Candidate mapping and screening.
- Networking and lead generation.
- Cold calling and business development.
- Learning about cutting-edge tech roles.
- Pitching roles and organising interviews.
- Negotiating and building long-term relationships.
