Our Legal 500 client are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary with exposure to Employment law. The team is well established in Employment with multiple offices in the West Midlands providing a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic department that deals with a diverse range of employment law matters.
Main Duties:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to a designated Partner, including document preparation, photocopying, and general correspondence.
- Assist with the lifecycle of case files, including opening, closing, and conducting regular file reviews.
- Manage diaries and coordinate appointments effectively.
- Organise and maintain proper filing systems for client documentation, ensuring ease of access and compliance.
- Communicate with clients on behalf of the fee earner when appropriate.
You:
- Prior experience in a secretarial or administrative position within a professional services setting.
- Familiarity with employment law is an advantage.
- Proficient in dictation and audio typing.
- Strong organisational and filing capabilities.
