We are seeking self-employed financial advisers to join our team. This opportunity is suited to established advisers as well as advisers earlier in their self-employed journey. Principle Financial Planning Limited is a directly authorised independent financial advice firm that places high value on meaningful client relationships. While we utilise technology to support efficiency, we firmly believe that face-to-face contact remains essential to delivering high-quality, personalised advice.

We are currently seeking self-motivated Independent Financial Advisers who are looking to further their careers and secure a strong future for their client relationships whilst obtaining commercially attractive terms.

  • This is a remote role, with optional use of our Hereford office.
  • Own client bank.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial adviser role is preferred.
  • Consideration will also be given to advisers with less than 3 years’ experience, where they have developed their own client bank and previously worked in a technical capacity.
  • Flexible and commercially attractive models tailored to the needs of self-employed advisers, offering models suitable to both those with established client banks and those earlier on in their self-employed career.
  • Fully Independent – we are not tied to a network or consolidator.
