Market leading technology / manufacturing company is looking for industrial NDT Inspectors / Radiographers to join the team at their side in South Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a company that makes a real difference in their field.
As an NDT Inspector / Radiographer, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the quality and safety of the components used in life-saving systems. You’ll perform critical Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using X-Ray and other processes to help maintain the highest standards of safety and performance.
Initially you will work on a Mon to Fri days role, but due to production demand, the roles will be moving to a 4 on 4 off Days shift pattern (7am – 4.30pm) and you must be happy to work this.
Benefits:- £30k - £50k dependent on experience (+20% shift premium when shifts start)

- Conduct digital X-ray imaging and other tests.
- Ensure accurate part marking and documentation of test results.
- Follow H&S procedures, including Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work.
- Support training, skill development, and documentation of processes.
- Promote continuous improvement through 5S and lean methodologies.
- Work closely with Production, QA, Engineering, and other departments to solve technical issues.
- Experience in an NDT environment, ideally with X-Ray and leak testing.
- Ideally hold qualifications to NAS410, EN 4179 or PCN Level 2.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Strong PC skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical thinker with good communication and teamwork skills.
- MUST be able to drive due to company location.
