The role: As the business grows, its estimation department requires an additional estimator who can comprehend technical reports particularly FRAEWs.
Duties:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for cladding projects.
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and related documents.
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for pricing and product details.
- Work closely with project managers and the commercial team.
- Contribute to tender submissions.
- Attend meetings and site visits as required.
Requirements:
- Competently use PlanSwift.
