BettingJobs are working with a UK focused sports betting company, with offices in Cardiff. They are UKGC licensed and have 2 brands currently, soon to be launching a 3rd. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team based in Cardiff.
Responsibilities:
- Own the marketing strategy across all brands – from planning to execution.
- Drive customer acquisition campaigns, with a performance and ROI-focused mindset.
- Manage digital acquisition channels including PPC, Affiliates, SEO, social media, and Display.
- Oversee creative and messaging alignment across all platforms.
- Coordinate brand launches, ensuring effective market entry.
- Work closely with operations, product, and compliance to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Manage agency relationships and, where needed, recruit freelancers or in-house support.
- Report on marketing KPIs and performance insights to leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sports betting, gaming, or regulated entertainment marketing.
- Strong background in digital acquisition and growth marketing.
- A self-starter who’s comfortable building from the ground up.
- Ability to manage and switch between multiple brand voices and strategies.
- Deep understanding of UK betting markets and customer behaviour.
