We are currently working with a market leading organisation who, due to growth, are looking for 2 experienced Business Change focused Project Managers to join their Team. The successful candidate(s) will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, extensive Business Change & Transformation experience within a technical project environment and be well versed in Waterfall methodologies. This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation and experienced team with unrivalled longevity and career prospects.
Salary: up to £90k (DOE)
Location: London - Onsite 5 days per week
Benefits: 25 days Holiday, Healthcare, Life Insurance, 8% Pension Contribution, Annual Bonus (Discretionary).
Business Change Project Manager Key Skills and Experience:
- Digital transformation programme / legacy transformation/ continuous improvement programmes
- Business change PM experience is essential
- Knowledge of end-to-end project management life cycle and project management principles
- Experience working in a waterfall setting and familiar with waterfall methodology
- Experience of managing end-to-end system projects including ERP implementation
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Capable of articulating messages to a variety of audiences
- Experience with large scale transformation programmes
- Project management certification is desired
