🔬 What You'll Be Doing

• Providing ecotoxicology and environmental hazard expertise to cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Conducting hazard and risk assessments for products and substances, focusing on non-animal testing methods (NAMs).
• Driving the development of next-generation safety testing strategies, aligned with regulatory trends and innovation.
• Representing the business in industry workshops, technical forums, and trade associations advancing animal-free testing.
• Delivering scientific insights that inform global regulatory and safety decisions.
• Acting as the go-to expert for environmental safety and ecotoxicology within the organisation.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• A degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in Ecotoxicology, Toxicology, or related Life Sciences.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in product safety, hazard assessment, or regulatory science.
• Strong knowledge of non-animal testing methodologies (in vitro, in silico, computational modelling, etc.).
• A confident communicator able to simplify complex science for diverse stakeholders.
• A genuine passion for sustainability, safety innovation, and regulatory excellence.
