My client based in Middlesbrough is currently looking for a Customer Services Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The role would suit someone who has direct managerial/team leader experience in a fast paced, customer service lead environment. You will be responsible for supervising a small team of agents, as well offering great customer care to an already established client base. Duties of the role include: To lead and support a small team of customer service agents Adopting a hands on approach between managing the team, and building and developing your own existing client relationships To monitor the teams performance Handling of complaints in timely and professional manner Handling incoming customer queries for new business Liaising effectively between customer service and other departments, ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels Salary: £27k-£30k depending on experience Hours: Mon-Fri, 40hrs per week (some flexibility with start and finish times) Role: Immediate start, permanent from day one The Recruitment Co is an equal opportunities employer CPMiddlesbrough
