Our client is recruiting a Restaurant General Manager for their outstanding pub and restaurant in the Oundle area of Northamptonshire. You will have full responsibility for the running of the restaurant and bar, staffing and maintaining first class service levels at the pub. The role is fully hands on and you will work the floor.
