Their Graduate Scheme will give you exposure across the company in a range of disciplines, working collaboratively to plan, design and deliver the real-world developments Brookbanks works on nationwide! A fast-track leadership programme, the scheme offers an accelerated pathway to success at Director level.

Providing industry-leading development partner and project consultant services, Brookbanks' clients include the likes of Starbucks, Barratt Homes and the NHS to name a few!

Role:

Brookbanks' rotational graduate scheme provides you an accelerated progression path, giving you the tools and experience to become a future director! Over the course of the scheme you will rotate through each of the following groups:

  • Cost & Commercial
  • Civil Engineering
  • Development Management
  • Highways, Environment & Transition
  • Structural Engineering
  • Mechanical & Electrical Engineering

The Graduate Scheme is structured to suit you and allows you the freedom to explore the business and where your strengths lie. This is a permanent position - at the end of the rotations you will choose which group you would like to continue your career in!

Requirements:

  • Must be educated to degree level in one of the following subjects:
  • Civil Engineering
  • Structural Engineering
  • Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management
  • Environmental Science or Geography related degree types - including material on Sustainability, Transport Planning, Flood-risk management etc
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Construction/Project or Development Management degrees will be considered when paired with an outstanding academic background overall
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated
