We’re looking for a senior technology leader—someone who can set the vision for our digital future and lead the charge in building our tech teams from scratch. This isn’t just about managing existing systems; it’s about designing new ones, creating a platform that can grow, and embedding innovation into everything we do.
If you’ve built platforms from the ground up, led enterprise software rollouts like ERPs or CRMs, or have a strong understanding of logistics and real estate tech, this could be a great fit. You’ll be a key part of our leadership team, making strategic decisions that shape the business for years to come.
What you’ll do:
- Set a clear tech strategy that aligns with our goals and vision.
- Build and lead teams of talented engineers—either from scratch or by scaling existing groups.
- Oversee the development and implementation of core systems such as ERPs, CRMs, and logistics management tools.
- Design a scalable and secure platform that enables us to manage real estate assets and logistics seamlessly.
- Work closely with other leaders to ensure tech supports business growth and innovation.
- Keep us ahead of the curve by regularly reviewing emerging technologies and trends.
- Manage relationships with vendors and external partners.
- Communicate our tech vision clearly to the leadership and board.
Who we’re after:
- An experienced CTO, CIO, or senior tech leader.
- Someone who’s led teams, built platforms, and delivered enterprise systems—either in smaller start-ups or larger organizations.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments, with a hands-on mindset when needed.

- Track record of building reliable, scalable technology solutions from scratch.
