Steadman Hub are the UK's leading HubSpot recruitment agency and we have partnered with a leading healthcare business based in Surrey, who are looking to expand their Rev Ops function, by hiring a HubSpot Administrator.
Location: Surrey (3x a week in office)
Salary: up to £45,000
Job responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to person for HubSpot within the business
- Customise and configure HubSpot properties, workflows, pipelines and other system components to meet business requirements
- Monitor data quality, conduct regular audits and implement improvements to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Collaborate with the wider team to optimise the CRM to support lead management, reporting and campaign tracking
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings within HubSpot
- Own third-party CPQ relationship and processes
Job requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience, working technically hands on with HubSpot
- HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub experience, on an enterprise level
- An understanding of Marketing and Sales Ops
- Ability to spot gaps in HubSpot Campaigns and to be able to improve HubSpot campaigns
