We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Financial Director to oversee financial operations across North-Western Europe from our Head Office in Newry. This high-level role involves close collaboration with the Financial Controller, leading the Finance and Administration functions to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
As a key member of the leadership team, reporting to the Managing Director you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, enhancing profitability, and ensuring full compliance with financial regulations. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying potential risks, proposing innovative solutions, and driving performance improvement initiatives across the business. This is a hands-on position requiring a balance of operational focus and strategic leadership to support the company's continued growth and success.

Essential Criteria:
- Accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and manage teams effectively.
- Commercially driven mindset, combining strategic financial planning with business growth initiatives.
- Proven technical expertise in financial management, capable of handling complex financial operations.
