Lorien’s UK leading Insurance firm are currently looking for a highly skilled Financial Risk Professional to join the team on an initial 6-month contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversight of capital plans
- Input into climate risk management and scenario testing
- Keeping risk frameworks and reporting in line with regulatory and business needs
- Coaching and developing the wider Financial Risk team
Ideal candidates will have:
- Actuarial or investment qualifications/experience
- Strong understanding of Solvency II, capital modelling/management, and investment or economic risk
- Experience working in either first- or second-line risk functions
- Proven ability to engage at senior levels and influence governance and decision-making
