We have an exciting opportunity for a front-end-focused software developer to join our client’s team in Rocester (near Uttoxeter, Staffordshire). You will work on various projects and collaborate with Senior Software Developers and the business to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software, ensuring best practices and innovative approaches within the team. We will support your learning through line management and mentoring, online training, but a proactive candidate who can motivate themselves is essential. You must be highly motivated, analytical, and willing to work closely with all parts of the business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Translating UI/UX designs into responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Integrating with .NET-based backends
- Diagnosing issues across the application stack
Essential Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in front-end web development
- Strong proficiency in ASP.Net/MVC
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- A love of solving problems creatively
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
