Head resourcing is pleased to be working with our financial services client as they look to hire a Debit Cards & ATM Processing specialist. Our client has an excellent reputation on the market with market leading benefits and excellent opportunities for progression.
In this role we are looking for someone who is capable of working closely with multiple internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers, and who also has strong knowledge of delivery in core banking and cards technologies.
In this role you will:
- Provide subject matter expertise on Debit Card and ATM processing across the Debit/current account landscape.
- Lead and manage end-to-end technical changes, ensuring effective delivery throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and other technical teams to design, evaluate, and implement robust solutions.
- Serve as the key contact for our client and maintain comprehensive system documentation to support change initiatives.
What you need to have:
- Industry and Scheme knowledge of Cards and ATM's from both a technical and business operational perspective.
- Experience and Knowledge of Debit card processing.
- Domain specialism in Debit cards and ideally ATM also.
- Ability to discuss design / project issues with IT and business domain experts.
- Experience of working with and managing outsourced suppliers / strategic partners.
- Familiarity with technical incident management processes and resolution.
