Join Our clients Team as an IT Change & Transition Analyst! (6 Month FTC up to 60K per annum)

Are you passionate about driving IT change and ensuring smooth transitions of new services into Business as Usual (BAU) support? We’re looking for an experienced IT Change & Transition Analyst to coordinate and support the delivery of change across our clients IT infrastructure and services.

About the Role

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end change processes, ensuring compliance and quality
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to assess requirements, impacts, and risks
  • Communicate change status, participate in Change Approval Boards, and support Release Management
  • Coordinate transition plans and ensure all tasks are completed before go-live
  • Drive continual service improvement and provide training on change management processes

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven track record in managing and overseeing IT change and transition processes
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is desirable
  • Achieved ITIL v3 Release, Control & Validation Capability Module, ITIL v3 Service Transition module, or ITIL v4 equivalent certification
  • Knowledge of the complete software development lifecycle is advantageous
  • Strong foundational understanding of modern infrastructure technologies, including LAN, WAN, servers, storage, virtual desktops, and cloud solutions.
