Working 1:1 with a highly experienced Private Banking Director, the successful candidate will be immersed in a varied portfolio that includes commercial clients, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals. The role is designed for someone who thrives on human connection, takes pride in service, and is keen to grow within a collaborative team of exceptional Private Bankers.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a relationship-focused role that places you at the heart of the client experience. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring clients feel valued, understood, and supported—building confidence and insight as you go.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, handling requests with precision, care, and professionalism
- Supporting the delivery of tailored banking solutions, including payment execution, onboarding new clients, foreign exchange transactions, and deposit placements
- Assisting with credit-related tasks, such as preparing lending proposals and monitoring facilities
- Building familiarity with client needs and maintaining consistent, thoughtful engagement—both virtually and in person
- Collaborating closely with internal teams across Credit Risk, Client Operations, and Compliance to ensure a seamless and efficient service
- Contributing to projects, new initiatives, and process enhancements that improve the client journey
- Maintaining accurate records and meeting internal standards and compliance obligations
