Are you a careful, professional driver? Do you enjoy driving? We are seeking reliable and responsible Security Van Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securely loading, transporting and delivering specialised freight, namely Dangerous Goods (UN Hazardous Classes 1-9 including explosives and radioactive material), sensitive and prohibited items to client sites in accordance with ADR legislation and the Company’s Security Plan, adhering to strict daily schedules.
Your working week may include weekdays, overnight stays, weekends, early starts, late finishes, sometimes at short notice. The role will involve travelling to other locations throughout the UK and into Europe in the course of your duties.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Valid clean driving license held for at least 2 years.
- ADR 1-9 is mandatory for this role; however, training will be provided.
- Careful professional drivers - some commercial driving experience advantageous.
- Physically fit, able to load and unload vehicles.
- Basic IT (for simple disconnection and reconnection of IT hardware).
- Team player - much of our work is double manned.
- Strong customer service ethos.
Applicants must live within a 30 minute radius of CTS premises due to early starts/late finishes and rapid response requirements. Security vetting is a requirement for all roles at CTS and any offers of employment are made subject to obtaining and maintaining the necessary security clearance. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and will be required to provide proof of 5 years UK residency.
