About the Role:
I am recruiting for a Salesforce Programme Manager to oversee a major greenfield transformation project within the water industry. My end client is embarking on an exciting initiative to align their systems and processes with a sister company, leveraging Salesforce technology to drive innovation and efficiency. This role offers an opportunity to take the lead in a transformative project, working mostly remotely with a competitive day rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end Salesforce programme management, focusing on core Salesforce and Experience Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the integration of Salesforce solutions to streamline processes and enhance operational capabilities.
- Utilize your knowledge of Salesforce within the Utility sector.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive project success.
Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Programme Manager, with a focus on core Salesforce and Experience Cloud.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale Salesforce implementations, preferably in the water or related sectors.
- Familiarity with Energy and Utilities Cloud is a plus.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
