As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the running of the store – leading your team, and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager:

• Overseeing stock sourcing, preparation, and visual merchandising
• Driving stock donations and building strong community connections
• Leading and developing a diverse team of staff and volunteers
• Managing cash handling, banking and financial reporting
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
• Delivering excellent customer service and cultivating a welcoming store environment
