Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients on smaller-scale projects and change requests, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Configure and customise D365CE to meet client needs while adhering to best practices. Provide ongoing support and consultancy for multiple clients, balancing priorities effectively. Engage with clients to gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement enhancements to existing systems. Work closely with other team members to share knowledge and deliver exceptional service in a managed services environment.
