This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing and award-winning beauty brands. They are currently looking to hire an Affiliate & Influencer Manager to drive the UK and US markets, managing relationships with influencers, affiliates and beauty creators, whilst coordinating and executing offline community events.

Key Responsibilities:- Identify, engage and manage relationships with influencers and creators, leveraging TikTok Shop, META and Shopify.
- Collaborate with influencers to produce engaging content which aligns with brand growth and values, executing on the TikTok creator program.
- Coordinate and organize offline community events to build brand presence, engage customers, promote products and foster a creator community.
- Stay up to date with beauty industry trends, emerging influencer talent and hooks & UGC content.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments.
- Negotiate contracts, manage budgets and ensure compliance in all influencer & affiliate partnerships.
- Must have experience in Influencer Marketing and Affiliate Management, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
- Proven experience executing TikTok creator programs and managing Shopify affiliate programs.
- Deep understanding of the UK and US beauty markets, including content trends and emerging influencer talent.
- Previous experience executing events to engage customers and build a talent community.
- Proven experience with influencer reach out, contract negotiation and building strong relationships.
