As our Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our overall marketing strategy, with a strong focus on driving growth for our key brands through exceptional marketing execution. You will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing plans that acquire and retain profitable customers, working closely with the commercial team to achieve our business goals.

- Strategic Leadership & Execution: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans aligned with commercial priorities.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize performance across the marketing mix, providing valuable insights and identifying growth opportunities for the commercial lead.
- Budget Management: Take ownership of the brand's marketing budget, ensuring effective and accurate forecasting and spend.
- Investment Evaluation: Rigorously evaluate marketing activities to track the effectiveness of each investment and report on ROI.
- KPI Monitoring & Adaptation: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), benchmark against market trends, and recommend strategic adjustments to the marketing strategy.
- Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape, including competitors and regulatory factors.
- Commercial Collaboration: Partner closely with the commercial team to define priorities and support specific go-to-market initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and drive effective governance with marketing team members and cross-functional teams.
- Channel Integration: Collaborate with shared services (e.g., acquisition) to execute seamlessly across our paid, earned, and owned channels.
- Squad Alignment: Work closely with the 'squad' (your immediate team) to align marketing activities and integrate relevant solutions into plans.
- Executional Excellence: Drive and ensure high-quality execution of brand and marketing strategies across all channels in assigned markets.
- Brand Stewardship: Communicate the brand's vision and mission consistently across all touchpoints, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to brand standards.
- Agency Management: Effectively align and manage external agencies (PR, Advertising, Creative, Media) as needed.
- Data-Driven Insights: Model behaviours that leverage marketing insights data to inform planning and identify optimization opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Ensure all marketing plans align with modern marketing platforms and processes, leveraging global best practices.
- Marketing Operations Partnership: Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate setup and tracking of all marketing execution within relevant systems and tools.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong working relationships with teammates within the squad, sharing goals and leveraging collective knowledge.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work collaboratively with stakeholders across legal, compliance, contact center, finance, and technology to ensure alignment on marketing campaigns and plans.
- Squad Contribution: Actively contribute to the operation of the squad, including annual planning, quarterly and monthly goal setting and tracking.
- Team Culture: Promote a fun, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide an environment that encourages collaboration, an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) mindset, and progress towards change.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, a commercial subject, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years plus of demonstrable marketing experience at manager level.
- Minimum 2 years of direct brand management experience.
- Proven ability to think strategically at a high level while also being hands-on and detail-oriented in execution.
- Significant experience in a highly commercial environment with a strong understanding of growth metrics and KPIs, and a keen intuition for high-impact, rapid-growth opportunities.
- Proven budget management experience with strong analytical, financial, and P&L understanding.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw meaningful conclusions, and develop actionable plans.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills to effectively manage a dynamic marketing activity roadmap.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Experience in both traditional and digital advertising channels.
- A solid understanding of social media and community management principles.
- Resilient and able to perform effectively under pressure.
