We are currently recruiting for a manufacturer of acoustic, thermal and fire insulation. They are looking for two Internal Sales Executives to join the team in Crawley. If you can accurately provide customers with relevant product support and guidance in the correct use of the products, passing the enquiry on to the technical department when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities of an Internal Sales Executive:

  • Work with both other Internal Sales Team members and external sales personnel to proactively develop sales opportunities.
  • Understanding customer enquiries and requirements.
  • Work within agreed pricing parameters, accurately quote customers and guide on lead times, ensuring that response times to the customer are within agreed service levels.
  • Data input (order processing and CRM systems in particular).
  • General administrative duties as required by the department.
  • Provide holiday cover for high workload to the Technical and Customer Services Teams as required.
  • Maintaining a high quality of customer service/relationship.
  • Professionally represent the company and its values.
  • Projecting the professional image of the company.
  • Working within the Internal Sales department.
  • Assisting management.

Knowledge & Experience of an Internal Sales Executive:

  • Excellent product knowledge covering the product composition, features and benefits, application and technical compliance requirements.
  • IFC Passive Fire Protection Level 2 minimum.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong mathematic skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable and receptive to new ideas.
  • Competent in the use of AutoCAD software and other associated CAD software.
  • Basic skills in the use of Sage Line 50.
  • Good understanding of general construction techniques.
  • The ability to understand construction drawings.
  • An understanding of construction legislation.
  • An understanding of relevant test standards.
