Based in: Devon County – We proudly operate with a local presence. Our Social Care Manager lives and works in Devon, leading all operations, supporting you and ensuring the highest standards across every care package we deliver in the region.

“We’re not an agency, we’re a family of changemakers.” At Frontline Social Care, we specialise in safeguarding-first, trauma-informed, strength-based care packages for children and young people (CYP) across Devon. We’re now hiring compassionate, experienced support workers who can hit the ground running and make an impact in the lives of CYP and parents—including a range of locations such as hospital-based settings like Derriford Hospital (e.g., post-natal supervision, observation of parent-infant bonding, and crisis family support).

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting CYP aged 0–17 across various care packages.
  • Working 1:1, 2:1, or team-supported (3:1 / 4:1) on bespoke care plans.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Observing and guiding parents during vulnerable periods, such as after birth or during MH crises (e.g. supervised support at local hospitals like Derriford).
  • Offering short notice support with a calm, caring, and solution-focused approach.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experienced in delivering high-impact, regulated care for CYP (safeguarding is central).
  • Desirable: Own car & full UK driving licence (with or willing to add business insurance).
  • MAPPA or PMVA trained (essential).
  • NVQ Level 1, 2 or 3 (or higher) in Health & Social Care preferred.
  • Able to communicate clearly, write quality notes using our SaaS platform, and work as part of a safeguarding-first MDT.
  • Available with short notice and comfortable with sub-mini contracts.
