Associate Sales Negotiator (Prime)

We are delighted to be working with a global real estate business to find them an experienced and ambitious Prime Sales Associate to join their team in Dulwich.

This is an opportunity to join an office which consistently banks over £2m year in year out.

You must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a notable track record in residential estate agency sales. It is essential that you can prove your ability to build professional relationships with buyers and sellers, as well as be able to work well as part of a team to ensure targets are being hit.

As Prime Sales Associate you will receive the following:

• £40,000 Basic Salary.
• Commission + Company Car.
• £100,000+ OTE.

As Prime Sales Associate you will be responsible for:

• Day-to-day management of buyers including generating & conducting viewings.
• Obtaining offers, pitching for new business, vendor and purchaser management and constant client care.
• Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk- ins, in a professional manner.
