The company is looking for a HubSpot SME specialist with extensive expertise across the entire HubSpot platform, including Sales Hub Enterprise, Marketing Hub Enterprise, Service Hub Professional, Content Hub Professional, and Operations Hub Professional. This role requires a deep understanding of these tools to drive commercial growth through data-driven insights, automation, and optimised workflows. You will be a key player in managing and integrating HubSpot across the marketing, sales, and service teams, ensuring the effective execution of campaigns and the optimisation of customer journeys.
As the HubSpot SME specialist, you’ll not only manage and optimise the CRM but also ensure that all aspects of the HubSpot ecosystem are utilised to their full potential to boost commercial success. The role offers the chance to be hands-on with HubSpot’s tools and will require strategic thinking to drive long-term growth and optimise customer experiences across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities- HubSpot Platform Management: Take full ownership of HubSpot’s CRM and its associated tools (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, and Operations Hub), ensuring all systems are integrated and used to drive commercial growth.
- Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimise marketing and sales campaigns using the full HubSpot suite to generate leads, drive conversions, and improve customer retention.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure HubSpot is maximising its potential to align marketing and sales efforts, improve customer engagement, and enhance lead nurturing strategies.
- Reporting & Analytics: Use HubSpot's reporting tools to track and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns, workflows, and customer journeys, generating insights that will shape future strategies.
- Training & Support: Provide ongoing support and training for the team on HubSpot best practices and ensure seamless adoption and usage of the platform across the business.
- Process Optimisation: Continuously assess and refine HubSpot workflows and automation to improve efficiency, scalability, and the overall user experience.
- Strong proficiency in using HubSpot CRM, including workflows, reporting, and integrations.
- Proven experience in project management within marketing or business development, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Experience in campaign design, execution, and optimisation across digital platforms (email, social media, content creation).
- Analytical expertise with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to improve marketing performance.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO best practices to optimise online presence and visibility.
- Proficient in A/B testing and utilising data to refine and enhance marketing strategies.
- Ability to develop and implement segmentation strategies to improve targeting and engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
