As Social & Content Executive, you'll take ownership of the brand's social media strategy and execution, working closely with the wider brand and creative teams to drive awareness, build community and deliver consistently engaging content. This is a perfect role for someone with a deep understanding of social media, a love of digital culture, and a sharp eye for what's next in fashion.
The Role:
As Social & Content Executive, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, innovative content across all key platforms - including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and Facebook. You'll own the day-to-day management of social channels, shaping content that reflects and elevates the brand's tone, visual aesthetic, and product positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and publish engaging social content tailored to each platform
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual style and tone of voice
- Lead on the social media content calendar - from daily posts to reactive, trend-led ideas
- Monitor social trends and culture to create relevant, on-brand content
- Analyse and report on performance using tools such as Shopify and Google Analytics
- Collaborate with teams across marketing, studio, buying and eComm to align content strategy
- Build and manage strategic partnerships for brand giveaways and promotions
- Track the relationship between social performance, gifting and return on investment
About You:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a social-first or content creation role
- Strong understanding of all major social platforms and their role in brand growth
- A natural storyteller who understands the link between visuals, copy and brand identity
- Proactive, ideas-led, and confident working at pace
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Detail-driven with a keen eye on both content quality and performance
