A very private family is seeking an exceptional Private Chef to oversee their household’s food and beverage operations. This is a unique opportunity for a talented chef who excels in a client-facing role and possesses a passion for creating exquisite culinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the family, ensuring all meals meet dietary requirements (gluten-free and nut-free options).
- Develop a weekly meal plan that reflects the family’s preference for British and Mediterranean cuisine, incorporating seasonal ingredients.
- Create visually stunning dishes with an emphasis on presentation and creativity.
- Manage grocery shopping, inventory, and kitchen maintenance to ensure a well-stocked and organized kitchen.
- Coordinate and prepare meals for entertaining guests, which may include up to 14 people for special occasions.
- Adapt to last-minute requests and changes with professionalism and flexibility, ensuring all meals are delivered to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with the family to accommodate any specific tastes, dietary restrictions, or preferences.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
