This is a Service & Aftersales business supporting a leading manufacturer. They are seeking a highly driven and experienced Project Manager to lead refurbishment and retrofit projects. Operating in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, you will oversee multiple concurrent projects across customer sites, ensuring seamless execution from planning through to delivery. This is a pivotal role, ideal for a professional who thrives on complexity, cross-functional coordination, and delivering value through excellent service and engineering precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project execution for machinery refurbishment and retrofit activities
- Lead multiple fast-moving projects, often at different customer sites simultaneously
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets in alignment with business goals
- Liaise effectively with customers, acting as the key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams, including engineering, supply chain, service, and commercial departments
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met on-site and during implementation
