Infocus is a multi-disciplined rail and civil engineering specialist we have grown continuously with a reputation for delivering professional, quality, value for money and sustainable solutions for our clients. We are currently recruiting a Utilities Coordinator to join our high profile, civil engineering project in the West Midlands, to oversee and manage all aspects of utility services. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating utility services, maintaining records, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities include: * Act as the interface between design and construction teams, statutory undertakers, and stakeholders. * Support design assurance processes and ensure compliance with engineering and assurance plans. * Identify and mitigate risks through early warnings and change control processes. * Provide guidance on aligning assurance deliverables with client requirements. * Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure readiness for the completion process. * Monitor design reviews and ensure adherence to the project’s requirements. About The Candidate * Knowledge in Safe excavation practices * SMSTS and must be independent of construction teams, EUSR Service Avoidance, category 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 2 in Utility Avoidance and Buried Services * EUSR Category 2 or NRSWA Location and Avoidance of Underground Services (five-day course including modules: S2, S3,…
