Were hiring for an Oracle HCM Manager to join one of the UKs most respected and established consultancy practices. With a strong national presence and over 20 locations across the UK, this team is responsible for delivering large-scale cloud transformation projects that make a real difference to businesses and public sector organisations alike.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing team driving the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud with a particular focus on Talent and Learning modules. Youll be at the forefront of complex, high-impact programmes of work, leading from the front and ensuring the seamless design, configuration, and rollout of Oracle HCM solutions.

Key responsibilities as Oracle HCM Manager:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across Talent and Learning workstreams.

• Oversee offshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment to timelines, quality, and client expectations.

• Facilitate client workshops, design sessions, and presentations to key stakeholders.

• Translate business challenges into Oracle-based solutions using best practice process design.

• Build strong, lasting client relationships while contributing to wider business development initiatives.

To succeed in this Oracle HCM Manager role, youll need:

• Proven experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly the Talent and Learning modules.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Core HCM functionality and its integration points.

• A background in functional consulting with the ability to advise on HR transformation.

• Demonstrated success in leading teams, both onshore and offshore, through configuration and testing cycles.

• The confidence and communication skills to lead workshops with senior client stakeholders.

• A consulting background, ideally with exposure to pre-sales or solution design phases.

Whats on offer:

• £70,000 £85,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
