We’re looking for a Lead Integration Engineer to join our team in Bristol and play a vital role in delivering robust and compliant integrated systems. Reporting to the Integration Manager, you'll be at the heart of system integration—designing architecture, running integration trials, and supporting solution delivery for mission-critical projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading integration planning and execution across software and hardware platforms.
• Defining systems architecture and supporting technical decision-making.
• Running integration testing and system verification, including troubleshooting.
• Managing integration facilities and advising internal stakeholders.
• Producing clear, insightful reports to support strategic decisions.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a technical integration environment, ideally with complex software and hardware systems.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to manage and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to thrive in evolving environments.
• Eligibility for SC clearance (essential).
