Business Analyst (Front Office Trading)

A leading consultancy specialising in complex trading system implementations, are offering the opportunity for a seasoned Endur Business Analyst to join a flagship project with one of their global energy trading clients. This role will place particular emphasis on the middle office – covering areas such as P&L reporting, risk metrics, trade lifecycle visibility, and operational controls. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document requirements across trading, risk, and operations Play a central role in the middle office stream, ensuring accurate capture of P&L, exposure reporting, and reconciliation processes Support configuration, testing, and rollout of Endur modules (focus on middle office and risk) Assist in change management and user training as part of deployment phases Strong Business Analyst experience within energy or commodity trading environments Proven delivery experience on full lifecycle Endur (OpenLink) implementations, ideally across front, middle, and back office Deep understanding of middle office functions – including risk reporting, P&L attribution, and trade lifecycle processes Experience in working within a consultancy or client-facing project environment This is a Hybrid role working on site with the client 2-3 days in London with a salary around £100k but flexible for the right candidate.
