We are seeking a seasoned Lead Network Architect to oversee the Test Maturity Resiliency Framework program, which includes critical streams such as Core Networks (LAN / WAN / DC / DDI), Network Functions (Security Platforms like firewalls and Multi-Factor Authentication), and Network Endpoint Connectivity. You will provide architectural leadership across legacy modernization, infrastructure uplift, and integration of voice, data, and application services such as Load Balancer platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide architectural guidance and solution design across the following workstreams:
  • DDI (Core Networks) - DNS/DHCP/IPAM uplift
  • Network Functions - Security functions and network services
  • Endpoint Connectivity - Hardware and software integrations, cross-functional delivery
  • Lead design and solution workshops with stakeholders across the UK, EMEA, and APAC regions.
  • Deliver network architecture artifacts, including high-level and low-level designs.
  • Define and validate test cases for new builds, upgrades, and platform retirements.
  • Provide high level oversight for:
    • Contact Centre and IVR systems and integration strategies
    • Call Recording deployment alignment and failover design
    • Load Balancer architecture, including HA, routing policies, and application awareness
  • Work closely with engineering and operations teams for seamless build, config, and testing phases.
  • Ensure architecture decisions meet TMRF resilience and metal uplift goals.
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer for long-term supportability.
