The Role:
This is a multi-site role, focused on coordinating and planning spray programmes across multiple sites. While you'll hold a PA1 and PA6 and be happy to jump on the sprayer when needed, your main focus will be on:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all spray applications across the sites.
- Supporting and overseeing a small team of sprayer operators (3-4 people)
- Assist with spraying as needed.
- Ensure all applications are carried out in line with compliance and best practice.
- Maintain accurate spray records and chemical inventory.
- Ensure all equipment is correctly maintained and calibrated.
About You:
- You'll hold PA1 and PA6. PA9 would be advantageous, but training and support can be given.
- Previous experience in a spraying role
- Confident planning, scheduling, and managing workload across multiple sites.
- Organised, practical, and happy to step in and support as needed.
- Flexible to work longer hours during peak periods.
