The Role:

This is a multi-site role, focused on coordinating and planning spray programmes across multiple sites. While you'll hold a PA1 and PA6 and be happy to jump on the sprayer when needed, your main focus will be on:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all spray applications across the sites.
  • Supporting and overseeing a small team of sprayer operators (3-4 people)
  • Assist with spraying as needed.
  • Ensure all applications are carried out in line with compliance and best practice.
  • Maintain accurate spray records and chemical inventory.
  • Ensure all equipment is correctly maintained and calibrated.

About You:

  • You'll hold PA1 and PA6. PA9 would be advantageous, but training and support can be given.
  • Previous experience in a spraying role
  • Confident planning, scheduling, and managing workload across multiple sites.
  • Organised, practical, and happy to step in and support as needed.
  • Flexible to work longer hours during peak periods.
