Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality clinical assessments and evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use disorders
• Lead and support a team of nurses and healthcare assistants to ensure effective service delivery
• Oversee medicines management, clinical audits, and quality assurance processes
• Contribute to risk management planning and multidisciplinary case coordination
• Foster a learning culture by mentoring junior staff and promoting professional development

About You:

• A qualified registered nurse (RMN, RGN or RNLD) with current NMC registration
• Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience, ideally within addiction, mental health, or community care
• Experience managing clinical teams and working in multidisciplinary settings
• Strong understanding of substance misuse treatment models and holistic care planning
• Confident, organised, and passionate about supporting individuals through recovery
