As this is an apprenticeship no experience is required as we will give you full training!

You will be a person that enjoys a busy office environment; we have a great, positive and supportive team who are a mix of remote office and hybrid workers. Due to the support you will require, this will start as office based and hybrid will be considered as you progress!

You will have an excellent standard of IT skills working on Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, Planner.

The Talent & People Apprentice will support the Talent & People team in recruiting high-quality employees. As a Talent & People Apprentice, you will act as a focal point for recruitment and the people team.

You will be responsible for maintaining the applicant tracking system (Team Tailor) and HRIS (Cezanne) for the purpose of collation and input of candidate and employee data.

Assessing and reviewing candidate assessments through Test Gorilla (online skills testing and training).

Ensure relevant security screening checks are completed for candidates offered job roles (right to work, employment references, DBS, driving licence checks etc.).

The post would be suitable for a candidate entering the Human Resources sector, looking to achieve a Level 3 apprenticeship.

Apprenticeship Level 3 details:

  • The CIPD HR Support Apprenticeship L3, 18-24 months duration dependent on individual learner progression (with the possibility of the position being made permanent on successful completion of the programme).
  • Your apprenticeship studies through the apprenticeship provider Babington will take place remotely; however, you will be based within our New Milton offices.
  • Successful completion of this standard will enable you to apply for Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
