Location: Midlands – Hybrid Working (Travel to clients required)

Salary: Up to £75k + benefits

Are you an experienced Dynamics NAV/Business Central professional looking for your next challenge? My client, a leading business solutions provider, is seeking an Functional Consultant to join their dynamic team based in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert consultancy sessions, guiding clients through effective configuration of Business Central/NAV and associated add-ons.
• Conduct system walkthroughs, identify opportunities for functionality enhancements, and troubleshoot client software concerns on-site across the UK.
• Manage project tasks including GAP analysis, product handovers, and milestone sign-offs, ensuring all configurations meet client expectations.
• Provide clear and impactful training to key users using standard Microsoft training materials.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and other consultants to ensure seamless project delivery, exceeding client expectations.

What They’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics NAV/Business Central Key User or Implementation Consultant.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A background in finance (AAT Level 3 or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Significant experience in supporting, configuring, and implementing Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
