This is a key support role that combines candidate sourcing with payroll and timesheet administration. Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage candidates across various platforms
  • Assist consultants with shortlisting, interview scheduling, and candidate management
  • Update and maintain internal databases and records
  • Process weekly payroll and timesheets for temporary workers
  • Act as a point of contact for client and candidate queries related to payroll and administration
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy in onboarding documentation
  • Support a smooth and professional candidate experience

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
