Are you a detail-oriented and organised administrative professional looking to take your next step in a dynamic legal environment? We’re working with a respected, values-driven law firm to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join their Glasgow-based team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced legal setting, supporting the firm’s Disease Team. You will play a vital role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while supporting legal processes through high-quality admin support.

Reporting to a senior team member, you’ll be responsible for managing documentation, preparing legal correspondence, handling calls, updating systems, and providing general administrative support. You will also play an important part in coordinating diaries and ensuring the efficient operation of casework and office logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely administrative support across the legal team
  • Copy type legal documents and prepare court papers
  • Maintain records and update case management systems
  • Handle telephone queries and correspondence professionally
  • Support diary management and office organisation
  • Assist with general office tasks including filing, photocopying and document delivery
  • Support casework relating to Court of Session and ASPIC, where applicable
About You:
  • Previous experience in a legal admin role is essential
  • Experience supporting cases in ASPIC or Court of Session is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • Professional, discreet and collaborative in your working style
  • Must be able to commute to the Glasgow office
Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 8.45am – 4.45pm
Friday: 8.45am – 4.15pm
Hybrid working available following completion of training
