To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an IBAR Sales Estimator located in Kendal, Westmorland Business Park, UK. The IBAR Sales Estimator will be in charge of providing the administrative hold-up necessary to grow our business and enhance customer relationships to grow revenue and profitability.

What a typical day looks like:

  • You will review the client technical specification, electrical, & mechanical drawings to map the requirements to ensure compliance with the IBAR product.
  • You will identify the routes and pathways for equipment through buildings using containment drawings and 3D Models to establish component requirements.
  • Preparing reliable costing sheets and quotations to reflect the project IBAR requirements.
  • Prepare technical submittals.
  • Building & maintaining effective working relationships with clients.
  • Assisting other Anord Mardix departments so they can efficiently manage Projects to maximise the profits of the company.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as required.

To report to the Busbar Operations Manager.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Candidates must be able to manage time appropriately to meet requested deadlines.
  • A background in Engineering is preferred, as is an ability to read, understand and analyse mechanical & electrical drawings.
  • Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills with high levels of numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Candidates must be proficient in the day-to-day use of Microsoft based operating systems and the Office suite (Outlook / Word / Excel).
  • Candidates must have the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
