Join a dynamic team supporting a major defence client as a Wintel Engineer. This is an office-based role in Stevenage, ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, great problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a systems/product specialist, delivering technical support and implementing configuration changes.
- Follow change control processes to ensure verified and documented enhancements.
- Monitor performance metrics to improve service levels and proactively resolve issues.
- Support project delivery by implementing technical designs within your area of expertise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders to enhance service.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, escalate when needed, and analyse trends to prevent recurrence.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Understand the clientβs business needs and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
- Stay updated with new technologies, products, and service techniques to enhance performance.
